Your mission
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented professional to support the Operations Director in structuring operational information and ensuring clear communication with headquarters.
The role focuses on preparing reports, structuring updates from different teams, and helping maintain transparency around the entity’s progress, priorities, and goals defined by the head office.
This position does not introduce an additional management layer but acts as operational support that helps leadership maintain clarity and alignment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Director in structuring operational information and updates from different teams.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for headquarters on the status and progress of the local entity.
- Collect and consolidate updates from multiple departments to provide a clear overview of ongoing initiatives.
- Help track progress against strategic goals and priorities defined by the head office.
- Prepare materials and briefings for internal meetings and leadership discussions.
- Ensure important updates, decisions, and action points are documented and visible.
- Help maintain structured communication between the local entity and headquarters.
- Support the Operations Director with coordination and follow-ups on key operational topics.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and structuring skills.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and present it clearly.
- Excellent communication skills in English is must have.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in reports and updates.
- Comfort working across multiple teams and coordinating information.
- Experience in operations, business support, project coordination, or reporting roles.
- Experience in project management will be a plus.
