Executive Marketing Assistant | 1.2k-1.4k USD Monthly + 100% Remote | Streaming Widget Shop

As our Executive Marketing Assistant you will act as a true growth lever for the business. This is not a traditional administrative EA role: You will work directly with the CEO and the Shop Manager, owning and executing key marketing, distribution, and growth initiatives that directly impact revenue. Your focus will be on Social Media ads, SEO, social distribution, analytics, and day-to-day execution that moves the needle + admin work. 

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a right-hand partner to the CEO, prioritizing and executing high-impact growth initiatives.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, X/Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, Etsy Ads).
• Own SEO execution to improve organic rankings for key keywords related to streaming widgets and digital assets.
• Manage and grow social distribution channels (X/Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram).
• Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement, ROAS) and translate insights into action.
• Support distribution strategy across Shopify and Etsy, with a focus on increasing revenue per widget.
• Assist with influencer and creator-related initiatives within the gaming and streaming ecosystem.

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, growth, operations, or a hybrid EA/Marketing role.
• Hands-on experience with some of the following: Paid ads (Google Ads, X/Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, Meta Ads), SEO and keyword research, digital analytics and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with Shopify and/or Etsy.
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to prioritize what drives revenue.
• Interest in or familiarity with gaming, streaming, VTubers, or creator ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
