Executive Leadership & Operations Expert - AI Trainer

Are you a senior executive or operations leader who wants to apply your leadership and operational expertise in a new way?

Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your executive role, advisory work or portfolio commitments?

We are looking for experienced Executive Leadership and Operations professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.

What you’ll be doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.

Your role is practical and high impact. You will:

• Review and refine AI generated responses related to executive decision making and operational strategy

• Evaluate outputs for strategic clarity, execution realism and organisational feasibility

• Draft complex operational scenarios such as scaling operations, restructuring teams, performance turnarounds, cross functional alignment, supply chain risk or crisis management

• Create variations of the same scenario from different leadership perspectives such as CEO, COO, division head or board member

• Identify weaknesses in execution logic, resource planning, operational risk assessment or organisational design

In simple terms:
You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it reflects real world executive judgment and operational experience, not just theoretical frameworks.

This is not consulting or implementation work. Instead of managing one organisation’s operations, you will help improve how AI systems understand and reason about leadership and operational decision making at scale.

Your input directly improves how AI performs on executive and operational topics.

Who this is for

You are:

• A current or former senior executive, COO, Managing Director, operations leader or transformation lead

• Based in the EU or UK

• With significant experience leading teams, scaling operations or driving organisational performance

• Experienced in areas such as operational excellence, transformation, restructuring, supply chain management, cross border operations or performance optimisation

• Comfortable identifying unrealistic execution plans, flawed assumptions and overlooked operational risks

• Available 8 to 20 hours per week

• Able to start in the coming weeks

This role is fully remote and flexible.
It works well alongside your existing executive or advisory commitments.
