About the Internship
The Premier Support Team at Okta is seeking an Executive IT Support Engineer Intern to assist with providing world-class technical support to our executives and VIP users. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT operations, executive support, and cloud infrastructure while working closely with experienced IT professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, capable of troubleshooting complex issues, and passionate about working on high-profile projects. If you are passionate about IT, cloud technologies, and customer service, this internship offers hands-on experience with enterprise IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and the opportunity to drive impactful projects. You’ll gain valuable exposure to executive-level IT operations, mentorship from industry experts, and networking with key professionals.

Okta’s Intern Program
As an intern, you’ll do real work that matters. While you’re on board, you’ll work on meaningful projects and have an opportunity to see what working at Okta is all about. You’ll also have the assistance of your mentor and manager to help you develop new skills.
Our interns have the opportunity to build a strong community - with their fellow interns, within their teams, and with the broader company. We want you to grow professionally, and you’ll do that through participating in events like our Executive Speaker Series and Brown Bags. And of course, we want you to have fun too.
We offer 12-week summer internships in the U.S. with two available start dates. You may choose from the following options: May 26 – August 14 or June 15 – September 4.
