We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resource Business Partner to support day-to-day HR operations and represent HR in business functions. This role focuses on executing HR initiatives, supporting employee relations, coordinating HR processes, and acting as the first point of contact for HR matters across departments. Job Descriptions:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and workforce challenges
  • Lead internship management.
  • Support workforce planning and headcount tracking.
  • Assisting in identifying staffing needs in different areas & departments.
  • Provide HR insights to support business decisions.
  • Support implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Identify people related risks and recommend practical solutions.
  • Monitor workplace culture and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support change management and communication efforts.
  • Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Organize and participate in activities that create bonding between management and employees or between employees at different departments or levels.
  • Develop and execute reward programs for employees.
  • Help improve employee experience and HR service delivery
  • Contribute ideas to strengthen HR policies and practices
  • Track HR metrics and advise stakeholders accordingly
  • Prepare HR data, able to analyze any data given and execute action from the data.
  • Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience preferably in HR as generalist or etc.
  • At least a degree in Management, Business Management, Human Resources Management or relevantStrong stakeholder management.
  • Experience handling core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, onboarding & etc
  • Ability to understand business operations and workforce challengesExperience supporting HR projects and initiatives.
  • Knowledge in HR analytics and reporting
  • Basic knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Familiar with performance management and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience using HR systems (HRIS) 
  • Ability to prepare HR reports
