Achieve Sales Targets:
- Achieve overall and customer-wise sales target in line with company’s AOP (Annual Operating Plan).
- Set overall and customer-wise sales targets for team members; enable and coach them towards achievement

Account Management:
- Visit important customers and gain insights on RMG industry trends, trims market and competition and share insights in weekly sales meeting.
- Establish excellent relationship with Senior Management of customers and promote Avery Dennison’s products, services and facility.
- Prospect opportunities and manage key initiatives to meet and exceed AOP.
- Review the monthly accounts scorecard.
- Review Vendor map for top factories for effective opportunities Identification and management.

Planning / Organizing / Reporting:
- Proactively review market information, analyze market trends, competitors’ products and strategies and take necessary actions.
- Prepare and manage annual budget & forecast.
- Play a crucial role in annual/seasonal retailer wise forecasts to facilitate material and capacity planning.
- Achievement of service reliability by collecting advanced forecast.
- Oversee order placement and delivery as per forecast; analyze report and take initiative for resolution in case of any discrepancy.
- Report and record competitor activity & industry information for both Sales and Marketing.
- Compile and analyse monthly sales report.

New Business Development:
- Increase market share and develop new business from existing customers.
- Identify approach and materialise untapped and/or new business opportunities.
- Responsible for developing new accounts by promoting Avery Dennison to potential customers with a view to ensure generating new business.
- Follow up on new programs/ product Development.

Customer Service & Satisfaction:
- Liaise with other departments to ensure that a quality product and service is delivered to the customers according to expectations.
- Oversee customer complaints and negotiate probable solutions in a timely manner in order to retain customer satisfaction.
- Provide customer feedback to the internal team via visit recap. Partnering with internal teams to resolve any customer matters.
- Take customer suggestions and implement or improve them if found feasible to meet customer satisfaction.
- Visit customers regularly and update them on the status of their orders, resolve any matters with them pertaining to their orders and update them on changes and trends in the industry.
- Building confidence through effective relationships by serving customers to achieve their goals.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing from a recognized university.
EXPERIENCE:
Graduate + minimum 3-5 years. industrial experience in Sales & Marketing preferably in Apparel Accessories Industries (Label/Tags, Threads, Zipper, Interlining and Button)
Must have proven success in the area of Sales & Marketing functions especially in Business to Business (B2B) Sales.
