Executive, E-Commerce Operation (Kota Damansara)

Petaling Jaya , Malaysia

AI overview

Own the full store operations lifecycle across major marketplaces, ensuring optimal performance through meticulous management of listings, campaigns, and store health metrics.

We are seeking a meticulous and technical E-Commerce Operations Executive to act as the operational backbone for our managed brands across key marketplaces. In this role, you will own the full store operations lifecycle—from initial account registration and shop decoration to product listing and campaign configuration. You will ensure our digital storefronts are flawlessly executed, managing backend mechanics on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop to maintain optimal store health and inventory accuracy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end setup of official flagship stores on major marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop), ensuring all configurations strictly meet platform requirements.
  • Own the entire product listing process, managing bulk uploads, attribute settings, and content scores to ensure 100% accuracy in titles, descriptions, and images.
  • Execute technical campaign submissions (e.g., 11.11, Payday Sales) by accurately configuring prices, stock levels, and operational mechanics like vouchers and add-on deals within the Seller Center.
  • Monitor and maintain store health standards, proactively managing metrics such as Late Shipment Rate (LSR), Non-Fulfilment Rate (NFR), and Chat Response Rate to avoid penalties.
  • Manage daily store decoration, updating banners, carousels, and category navigation in alignment with the marketing calendar.
  • Ensure inventory integrity by monitoring stock levels and syncing data between the warehouse and the marketplace to prevent overselling.
  • Generate detailed operational reports, analyzing traffic, conversion rates, and fulfillment data to identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Troubleshoot backend issues, resolving product delistings, banned SKUs, or system glitches through direct liaison with marketplace support teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Owners and Marketing teams to ensure promotional plans are translated accurately into the system.

Who You Are

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Have 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Lazada and Shopee Seller Centers.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (specifically for bulk uploads) and familiarity with marketplace backend systems.
  • Exhibit high attention to detail, especially regarding pricing accuracy and product specifications.
  • Possess the ability to independently resolve system errors, bans, or listing issues.
  • Highly organized with the capability to handle multiple store accounts and competing deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, particularly during high-volume campaign peaks.
