Sobi is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented leader to serve as Executive Director, Market Access Strategy. This externally facing leadership role provides enterprise ownership across U.S. Pricing, Immunology Payer Strategy, Hematology Payer Strategy, and Payer Marketing, while functioning as a senior integrator and strategic partner to the Vice President, Market Access.
Operating in a Reimbursement, Access and Value (RAV)–like capacity, this role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure integrated access strategy, launch readiness, and sustainable reimbursement across Sobi’s U.S. portfolio.
The role currently leads three direct reports with approximately ten total team members and supports key marketed and pipeline brands across Hematology and Immunology including a 2026 US launch product.
Key responsibilities:
Pricing Strategy & Governance
• Own U.S. pricing strategy across launch, in-line, and lifecycle products, including WAC, AMP, ASP, and GTN.
• Chair and lead the Pricing Committee, establishing governance, decision rights, and escalation pathways.
• Provide pricing scenarios, financial modeling, and executive recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Government Pricing to ensure compliant and consistent execution.
Payer Strategy Leadership – Immunology & Hematology
• Provide strategic oversight for Immunology and Hematology payer strategies across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Ensure alignment across pricing, contracting, payer marketing, value messaging, and pull-through execution.
• Partner with Brand, Medical, HEOR, and HOVA to deliver differentiated and sustainable access strategies.
Payer Marketing & Capability Development
• Own payer marketing strategy and continue to build scalable payer marketing capabilities across Market Access.
• Drive development of payer value propositions, launch materials, and lifecycle messaging.
• Ensure strong alignment between payer marketing, brand marketing, and field execution.
Launch Planning & Readiness
• Lead Market Access launch planning in partnership with Brand, Medical, Finance, Trade, and Patient Services.
• Establish launch governance, readiness milestones, and proactive access risk mitigation plans.
340B Strategy
• Own enterprise 340B strategy and mitigation planning in collaboration with Trade, Finance, Legal, and Policy.
• Monitor policy developments and incorporate implications into pricing and contracting decisions.
Market Access Operations, Budget & POA
• Own Market Access budget planning, forecasting, and tracking.
• Lead POA planning, national Market Access meetings, and executional alignment across teams.
Chief of Staff Responsibilities
• Serve as a strategic partner and senior integrator for the VP of Market Access.
• Drive Market Access functional planning and alignment with brand and enterprise priorities.
• Coordinate governance forums, leadership meetings, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
Leadership & Team Management
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with three direct reports and approximately ten total team members.
• Build scalable capabilities aligned with Sobi’s growth and pipeline ambitions.
• Foster strong collaboration in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive U.S. Market Access, Pricing, or Payer Strategy experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in pricing governance, payer strategy, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong financial, analytical, and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in rare disease, specialty, or biologics portfolios.
• Multiple U.S. product launch experiences.
• Prior experience in a Reimbursement, Access and Value (RAV)–type role or equivalent enterprise access leadership model.

The base salary range for this role is $244,000-$315,000. Each individual offer will be determined based on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, and location. Additionally, this role is eligible for both short-term and long-term bonuses, as outlined in the plan details.
