What are the job responsibilities?

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospice Executive Director to lead our agency in its mission to provide exceptional hospice care services. The Executive Director will be directly responsible for the clinical operations of this branch as well as the strategic and innovative growth plan. This role will assume responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the hospice program, including clinical operations, staff management, regulatory compliance, financial management, and community relations/business development. The candidate will be open to traveling as necessary within the patient care area, and any other duties as assigned by leadership.

What do you need?

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with hospice case management AND hospice leadership experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree in another discipline and at least 5 years of hospice leadership 
  • Clean driving record, and valid driver’s license and auto insurance
