We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Executive/CEO to lead the company towards its next phase of growth and innovation. As the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the overall success and sustainability of the company. You will work closely with the board of directors and leadership teams to align business goals, drive operational excellence, and create value for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the company's vision, mission, and overall business strategy.
- Lead the executive leadership team, facilitating collaboration across departments to achieve company objectives.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure long-term profitability and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Promote a company culture that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent while fostering innovation and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of corporate governance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive expansion.
- Represent the company at industry events, public engagements, and in the media as the company’s spokesperson.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CEO, Executive Director, or in a similar senior leadership role, preferably within the talent acquisition, HR, or related sectors.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence in Electric Mobility, Infrastructure, Energy or similar.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with company goals and market demands.
- Experience managing budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- High level of integrity, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
