The Executive Business Partner is a senior operational partner embedded in the Office of the CEO.
This role acts as the control plane for the Founder’s time, attention, recruiting efforts, and execution leverage.
The EBP works closely with the Founder, VP of People, and VP of Strategy to ensure CEO-driven priorities, especially recruiting and talent decisions, move quickly and cleanly from intent to execution. This is a systems-oriented, AI-savvy role focused on routing, coordination, and leverage rather than task execution.

This role has a base salary range of CAD $70,000–$120,000, depending on experience and fit.
