What You'll Do

  • Assist the Business Development Manager in crafting high-impact pitch decks and business proposals, transforming raw ideas into visually compelling presentations that persuade clients.
  • Conduct market research and analyze performance data to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and actionable insights that support strategic planning.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and partners, managing inquiries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication between external stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of essential documentation, including contracts, quotations, and onboarding materials for new merchants or partners.
  • Monitor the landscape of E-commerce, Live-commerce, and Social Commerce to ensure our strategies remain competitive and relevant.

Who You Are

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong internships or a keen interest in E-commerce; 1-2 years of experience is an advantage.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in presentation tools (Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, or Keynote) with the ability to structure thoughts into clear, attractive slides.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and Microsoft Excel; you have the ability to interpret data and understand the story behind it.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language, with the confidence to present ideas to internal teams and clients.
  • Exhibit a high sense of ownership and commitment; you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to go the extra mile to get the job done.
