Job Position: Executive Assistant (EA) with Marketing Background

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST

We are seeking a highly capable and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) with a background in marketing and social media management. This individual will support our operations, assist with key initiatives, and handle tasks with flexibility, creativity, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage ambiguous challenges, and demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years in operations, project management, or related fields, preferably within FinTech, blockchain, or decentralized finance sectors.
Marketing Proficiency: Strong background in marketing and growth strategy, with a proven ability to execute social media and video content projects.
Tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Slack, Notion, and Telegram; experience with project management and communication platforms.
