We are seeking for an attentive and detail oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO’s day to day matters.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the scheduling of meetings arrangement, itineraries, personal matters and travel logistics
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily activities, ensuring efficient time management for both work and personal obligations
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding on behalf of CEO when necessary, including personal correspondence
  • Assist in the coordination and organization of personal and professional events, including family gatherings, social engagements, and business functions
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Resourceful, detail-minded and independent
  • Positive attitude, polite with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Travel between two office locations in Hong Kong: TST and Tai Po
