About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and several senior engineering leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, global environment and is eager to leverage modern tools and AI to streamline operations.

The EA will play a critical part in optimizing executive productivity through expert calendar management, operational support, and close partnership with the broader engineering leadership team. This individual will become a trusted “right hand” and a key member of the CTO’s operating staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a highly complex, dynamic, and global calendar for the CTO, ensuring all meetings are prioritized and optimized.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to additional leaders within the CTO’s organization.
• Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, including early mornings and occasional weekend activity to support EMEA engagement.
• Own logistics for executive travel, including last‑minute or international travel changes.
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, documents, and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with the CTO on delegation, workload planning, and proactive scheduling.
• Anticipate needs and take initiative to identify gaps, solve problems, and increase efficiency.
• Handle expenses, documentation, approvals, and light administrative tasks with accuracy and urgency.
• Ensure the CTO’s day‑to‑day operations run seamlessly by reducing friction and maintaining smooth workflows.

Skills and Experience we desire

• 3–5 years of experience supporting executives, preferably in a global, technical, or fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with complex calendar management, international scheduling, and executive travel coordination.
• Ability to create basic slideware or assist in preparing presentations.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to think independently.
• Comfort using modern productivity tools, AI‑enhanced workflows, and technology platforms.
