Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the Founder’s calendar, inbox, and communications
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, notes, and follow-ups
  • Track and manage action items and project deadlines
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Serve as the Founder’s gatekeeper, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is optimized
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues before they arise
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder

Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (C1+)
  • 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (or related roles) supporting a Founder or C-level executive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and other productivity tools
  • Must be located in Latam
