Executive Assistant to the CEO

TLDR

Support a fast-moving CEO's schedule with tasks ranging from managing personal errands to coordinating travel logistics and maintaining confidentiality.

About the Company

Our client is a profitable, growth-stage enterprise SaaS company serving Fortune 100 brands across retail, banking, healthcare, and telecom. Founded and led by a serial entrepreneur who has built and exited multiple companies, they are now scaling their third venture. Their AI-powered Data Privacy Governance platform helps major organizations automate compliance, manage consent, and stay ahead of global privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA. The CEO is an active public voice in the data privacy space — frequently speaking at industry conferences and featured in national media.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a reliable, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy Founder/CEO in both business and personal matters. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role built on trust and follow-through. The right person shows up consistently, handles tasks with care and discretion, and keeps things running smoothly — without needing much direction. You'll support a fast-moving schedule that includes domestic travel, international business trips, and industry conferences throughout the year. The CEO values someone who brings not just competence, but good energy — someone who is kind, personable, and easy to be around.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and scheduling with accuracy and sound judgment

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, conference logistics, and on-site arrangements

  • Handle business and personal tasks and errands with professionalism and full discretion

  • Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and action item summaries to ensure seamless follow-through

  • Manage all sensitive business and personal information with absolute confidentiality

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 1–3 years of experience in an executive support, operations, or administrative role preferred

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through

  • Polished, professional presence — comfortable representing the CEO in business and social settings

  • Comfortable with a dynamic, sometimes unpredictable schedule; flexible and responsive when it matters

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in common scheduling/travel tools

You'll Thrive Here If You:

  • Take genuine pride in being organized, dependable, and one step ahead

  • Are self-motivated and take ownership without waiting to be asked

  • Bring a polished and professional demeanor to every setting — whether in the office, at an event, or on the road

  • Are low-ego and find deep satisfaction in making someone else's day run better

  • Bring warmth and good energy to the people around you — a positive attitude and a sense of humor go a long way here

  • Value a stable, focused environment where your reliability and hard work are genuinely appreciated

Why Join

  • Compensation: $50,000–$70,000 (base + bonuses)

  • 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision (Gold plan — zero out-of-pocket)

  • 401(k) and company-paid life insurance

  • 2 weeks paid vacation

  • Hybrid schedule (3 days in office)

  • Travel support for conferences and business events

  • Culture of appreciation and stability

  1. HR Screening

  2. Phone interview with the CEO

  3. On-site interview
