Executive Assistant

We are thrilled to invite a talented and proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team, dedicated to delivering outstanding support to our CEO based in Singapore. This role seeks a lively individual who has a strong grasp of Singapore's accounting, corporate, and tax environments, allowing them to expertly manage the CEO's professional and personal engagements. The perfect candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and radiate a positive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring they meet accuracy standards and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date legal records and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist the CEO with both personal and corporate tax obligations, collaborating with tax advisors to guarantee timely and accurate submissions.
  • Participate in the preparation of important financial reports and related documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with government agencies and advisors to effectively navigate the complexities of visa application and renewal processes.
  • Manage sensitive communications with the utmost care and confidentiality.
  • Efficiently organize and prioritize incoming communications and requests to ensure smooth operations.
  • Effectively coordinate offline promotional events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role focusing on legal and financial matters.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore legal procedures, corporate governance, and tax regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
