  • Oversee and provide guidance to administrative staff as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs proactively

Benefits

Compensation: $1,000 – $2,000 per month, plus an additional 13th-month salary
