Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant

Want to work for a dynamic organization? Aware of how important a talented Executive Assistant can be to an entire organization? Interested in being valued for your contribution to the company? We are looking for an energetic and engaging Executive Assistant to SalesLoft’s Co-Founders (CEO & COO).

You own the orchestration of our CEO and COO. You’re highly organized and detail-oriented, able to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision, and thrive on being that "go-to" person. You work effectively and graciously in a fast-paced tech environment and are able to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. You work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside of SalesLoft, and have a high level of integrity and discretion in managing confidential information.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the administrative functions for the CEO and COO: calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, gatekeeping, small event coordination, etc.
  • Compile data, reports, presentations, etc. in professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate Board meetings: schedule, venue, logistics, etc.
  • Stay current on all activities/commitments of the Leadership team.
  • Complete assigned special projects and ensure high quality deliverables within established timeframes.
  • Maintain documentation with appropriate safeguarding of confidential or proprietary information.
  • Coordinate material prep for use in meetings, conferences, speaking engagements, etc.
  • Be on-call at company events: Board meetings, annual meeting, holiday party, etc.
  • You make SalesLoft better for your co-workers.

Requirements:

  • Strong Google Mail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets skills. Solid Excel skills.
  • Minimum 3 years experience (but we’d love more!) with calendar management, travel coordination, expense reports, maintaining schedules, planning and coordinating events.
  • Prior experience supporting Director, VP, or higher level.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication, planning, time management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Terrific work ethic with positive, get-it-done attitude.
  • Flexibility and availability after hours for one-off requests.
  • Poised, articulate, responsive, and professional.
  • Sense of humor is highly valued.

Why work here instead of somewhere else?

  • You will become part of an amazing culture with a supportive CEO and smart teammates who actually care.
  • You will work with an amazing product team you can learn from and teach.
  • You will experience joining at a high-growth/high-traction inflection point.
  • We have challenging projects using modern technology.
  • You will grow more than you would anywhere else. That is a promise.
