Position: Executive Assistant
Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Full-Time, Remote Work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Manage communication on behalf of executives, including screening calls and drafting emails.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
