We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our client's team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role by handling administrative tasks across 3 organizations (massage studio, church, nonprofit), taking care of social media management, and project management for various ongoing projects. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Requirements

- Have a detailed overview of all businesses and projects, and the ability to manage them

- Manage timelines, events, tasks, take care of calendars, emails, communication and more

- Be involved in the CEO´s day-to-day, high engagement, assuring smooth progress on all projects

- Ideally, they can work in LA timezone, or at least a 4-5 hr overlap, and be easily reachable
