What You'll Do

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for select members of the Executive Growth Team

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries, and related expense processing

  • Plan and execute internal team events, offsites, social gatherings, and executive roadshows

  • Support external meetings, guest visits, conferences, and related logistics

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across teams and seniority levels

  • Provide NYC office support: mail distribution, guest reception, shipping/printing, etc.

  • Provide on-the-ground support during large-scale events as needed

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator, or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

  • Expert user of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and other productivity tools

  • Ability to anticipate needs, independently resolve challenges, and implement creative solutions

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly

  • Skilled at building trust and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with the highest integrity

  • Works well with others, contributes positively to team dynamics, and supports colleagues to achieve shared goals

What We Offer

The expected offer for this role includes the following components:

  • Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $100,000 per year.

  • Additional Compensation: This role is eligible for a discretionary performance bonus and equity options.

Final compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including a candidate's relevant skills, experience, labor market conditions, and location.
