In today’s digital world, singles are so focused on sending likes and looking through profiles that they’re not actually building meaningful connections and finding relationships. Hinge is on a mission to change that by designing the most effective app experience. On Hinge, there are no rules, timers, or games. Instead, you’ll have unique conversations over the text, photos, and audio you’ve shared on your profile. And it’s resonating with daters. Currently we’re setting up a date every two seconds.
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing time effectively
Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-ups, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of executives, maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy
Monitor and triage email and Slack communications to ensure timely responses and follow-through
Track key priorities, action items, and deadlines to support execution across the team
Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses, and logistics as needed
Support planning and coordination of team meetings, events, and offsites
Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of experience supporting senior leaders, preferably within a marketing, creative, or fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
Prior experience working with marketing, creative, or cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and related tools
Experience coordinating team events or offsites
