Executive Assistant

Position Title: Executive Assistant 

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

About the role

LTK has an incredible opportunity for an experienced executive assistant to support multiple executives. Your stellar critical thinking skills will play a crucial role in helping the executives manage their day-to-day operations. To be successful in this role you will be a team player, think ten steps ahead, be passionate and flexible and have a proactive get-things-done attitude. You should have exceptional multitasking skills and be able to switch gears from moment to moment. This role is based in the Dallas area with the ability to work in the Dallas headquarters at least one day a week and remotely the rest of the week. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and supports the Chief Financial Officer,  General Counsel and Chief People Officer.

How you will make an impact

• Provide support to executive team members to enable them to be productive and effective
• Think and act proactively to plan ahead for your executives and minimize conflicts and stress
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate scheduling for multiple complex, ever-changing calendars across global timezones
• Coordinate logistics of in-person or virtual events, such as All Hands Meetings, Board meetings, offsite meetings, lunches, dinners
• Manage domestic and International travel logistics including flights, hotel arrangements and ground transportation
• Be responsible for projects or administrative processes that may include project planning, managing workflows or approvals.
• Prepare and submit expense reports twice a month
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts of various levels within and outside of the company
• Possess a high degree of confidentiality and discretion at all times

What you will bring to LTK

• 5+ years of tech-industry experience supporting C-Level executives
• A proven track record of understanding and adapting to different working styles to best support your executive
• Strong proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, expense systems, travel systems, etc.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong relationship building skills with people inside and outside the company from diverse backgrounds, teams, levels and working styles
• A high level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
• Embrace change at a moment’s notice, shifting priorities instantly and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Masterful and creative problem solver who is always ten steps ahead of others and welcomes challenges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
