Executive Assistant

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-impact support to senior leaders in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex priorities while partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.   Key Responsibilities Executive & Calendar Management Manage complex calendars for senior leaders, ensuring effective time management and schedule optimization Prioritize meetings, resolve conflicts, and proactively protect focus time Coordinate closely with Chiefs of Staff, other EAs, and leadership teams to ensure alignment Meeting, Board & Leadership Support Support planning and execution of leadership and board-level meetings, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-ups Track action items, ensure closure, and support preparation of leadership decks and updates Coordinate domestic and international travel and related logistics as required Stakeholder & Communication Management Act as a point of coordination between leaders and internal/external stakeholders Manage communications on behalf of leaders, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and confidentiality Partner with Legal, Finance, HR, and other functions for smooth execution of leadership initiatives Program & Project Support Support and track progress on strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs Assist with planning and execution of company-wide forums, offsites, and engagement initiatives Contribute to onboarding, change management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives Operational & Budget Support Assist with budget tracking and expense management for leadership-led programs and events Support operational processes and improvements across teams Skills & Attributes for Success Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace / MS Office, etc.)   Preferred Education & Experience 9–14 years of experience  Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced or technology-led organization preferred Bachelor’s degree required; advanced qualifications are a plus
