• $1,250 USD/month (first 90 days – ramp & validation period)
• $1,500 USD/month after successful 90-day review

We are hiring a full-time (Business Operations & Strategy) Executive Operations Assistant to support a Professional EOS Implementer working with U.S. leadership teams.
This is a structured, high-accountability role focused on operations, CRM management, meeting coordination, and business development support. (Do not apply if you don't have Executive/Operational experience) You will act as an execution partner ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a passive admin role. We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and ownership-driven.
• Prepare clients and Implementers for Quarterlies, Annuals, Focus Days, and 90-Minute Meetings
• Coordinate logistics including meeting rooms, Zoom sessions, agendas, and materials
• Book travel, hotels, flights, and meeting spaces when required
• Manage preparation checklists and post-session follow-ups
• Maintain and update CRM daily with contacts, deals, notes, and follow-ups
• Track prospects, sessions, and next actions accurately
• Ensure no opportunities or commitments are missed
• Support outbound outreach initiatives led by the EOS Implementer
• Send LinkedIn and email outreach messages and assist with light calling when required
• Track outreach activity and assist in booking discovery meetings
• Maintain organized outreach records and responses
• Assist in scheduling and publishing social media content
• Help repurpose EOS content for client engagement
• Coordinate with marketing or creative partners as needed
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and inbox coordination
• Track priorities, deadlines, and action items
• Support operational and special projects as requested

Requirements
• Experience supporting coaches,CEO'S consultants, or professional services
• Strong hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience coordinating meetings and logistics
• Comfortable supporting outbound outreach
• Strong English communication skills
• Highly organized and accountable
• CRM systems such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
• Calendly and Zoom
• LinkedIn for outreach coordination
• Slack and task or project management tools
