We’re looking for a highly intelligent, sharp, and exceptionally organised Executive Assistant to the CEO, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff.

If you’re quick on the uptake, think logically, and know how to get things done through others  this role is for you.

🛠️ What you’ll do

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and priorities, ensuring time is used effectively and everything runs smoothly

  • Handle daily executive assistant tasks: travel arrangements, logistics, correspondence, and meeting preparation

  • Attend key meetings with the CEO - capture decisions, organise outcomes, and turn them into actionable plans

  • Follow up on tasks and deadlines with relevant stakeholders, ensuring progress and accountability

  • Prepare and structure materials, presentations, and communication drafts for the CEO

  • Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership on strategic priorities and change initiatives

  • Keep documentation, reports, and meeting notes up to date and well-organised

  • Support internal communication and change management processes, ensuring alignment and clear messaging

  • Facilitate workshops, check-ins, and planning sessions when needed

  • Be ready for occasional international travel (mainly to KSA) to support the CEO during key meetings or company initiatives

🧠 What you’ll need

  • High intelligence, sharp reasoning, and logical thinking - absolute must-haves

  • Strong ability to execute and ensure follow-through from others - with clarity, confidence, and tact

  • Polish and English fluency (spoken and written)

  • At least 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership (Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff Associate, Project Coordinator, or similar)

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, able to manage multiple threads with precision

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication - structured, clear, and business-oriented

  • Proactive, independent, and solution-focused mindset - you anticipate what needs to be done

  • High level of reliability, confidentiality, and professionalism

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion
