Executive Assistant

AI overview

Support a dynamic leader by managing a high-stakes schedule, coordinating travel, and ensuring seamless personal and family logistics for their busy life.

About the Role

We’re seeking a sharp, fast-moving, and exceptionally discreet Executive Assistant to support one of Dorsia’s most dynamic senior leaders. This is not a traditional EA role—it’s a high-velocity, high-impact partnership with a founder who operates at full speed, with a calendar that spans back-to-back meetings, constant travel, family priorities, and rapid-fire decisions.

You’ll serve as a true right hand: keeping him organized, prepared, and optimized across every aspect of his day. You’ll handle scheduling, communication, and travel—but also anticipate what’s needed before it’s asked. One hour might be preparing briefing docs for investor calls, the next may be coordinating a school drop-off or handling last-minute logistics for a dinner reservation, driver, or flight.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting a high-profile individual—whether a founder, celebrity, or creative—with an instinct for discretion, a gift for bringing calm to chaos, and a relentless bias toward action. This role is based in Miami and requires in-person presence.

What You’ll Do

Executive Support

  • Own and manage an intense, high-stakes calendar—including meetings, investor calls, internal touchpoints, and travel
  • Act as the gatekeeper and air traffic controller, protecting time and creating space for high-leverage work
  • Triage inboxes and communications with clarity, discretion, and strong written tone
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel (domestic and international), including flights, cars, hotel, itineraries, and local logistics
  • Partner with internal teams to prep for meetings, flag critical decisions, and ensure follow-through
  • Serve as a thought partner on prioritization, flow, and how the executive shows up at their best

Personal & Family Support

  • Coordinate personal scheduling, appointments, errands, and time-sensitive logistics
  • Support family operations, including school calendars, extracurriculars, pickups/drop-offs, and occasional child-related needs
  • Handle reservations, personal travel, household vendors, and last-minute plan changes
  • Step in as needed to manage transportation—whether coordinating or occasionally driving
  • Maintain full discretion in all personal matters, acting with warmth, professionalism, and trust

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have experience supporting a celebrity, founder, or creative in a fast-paced, always-on environment
  • Are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and doesn't wait to be told what to do—you just do it
  • Can bring order to chaos with grace, calm, and relentless follow-through
  • Have a keen understanding of how to prioritize what’s truly urgent vs. what can wait
  • Communicate with confidence, clarity, and care—whether in person, over text, or via email
  • Are unfazed by shifting schedules, surprise requests, and last-minute changes
  • Understand and respect boundaries while moving seamlessly between professional and personal domains
  • Are based in Miami and available for on-site work with some off-hours or weekend flexibility
  • Are comfortable navigating family and home dynamics, including time around children

Our Core Values

Lead with hospitality. We respect the craft and precision that are intrinsic to the hospitality industry. We are a team diverse in background and thought, built to be the connective tissue between artists, chefs, diners, and members.

Mise en place. We are persistent in preparation, prioritization, and focus to anticipate our customers’ needs to create a powerful platform rooted in simplicity and elegance. And we know that details matter, which is why superior design is crucial to our brand ethos. Thoughtful design is baked into everything we do—our product, brand, creative, culture, and beyond.

Go around the table—then commit. We know creativity takes feedback and iteration, and differing opinions can lead to healthy debate. While we encourage all voices to speak up and be heard, we are geared toward action and unify around the decision once it's made. Sometimes an individual idea or project may not be what’s best for the company, so don’t be afraid to kill your darlings.

Our product is our signature dish. We are a product and marketing-led organization. Protecting our brand and vision needs to be top-of-mind with every move we make.

Optimize turn times. We are creating beautifully-designed, tech-forward solutions to automate all sides of our business: for members, restaurants, and employees. And we’re laying a data-rich foundation to enable all stakeholders to make better decisions and enjoy the finer things in life.

Savor it. We eat slowly and celebrate the wins we share with those around the table. We’re in this for the long-haul, so enjoy the ride.

Stay hungry. We can change the world or someone else will. We believe in a sense of urgency to keep pushing toward our goals. And there’s always room for dessert, because there’s always more to do.

Dorsia is a members-only platform with access to coveted reservations at the most in-demand restaurants in New York & The Hamptons, London, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, the South of France, and Dubai. The process of restaurant discovery, booking, and payments is broken. We’re here to change that. We’re building frictionless technology that optimizes revenue for restaurants and experiences for members, and we’re on a mission to overhaul the culture and economy of the hospitality industry along the way. Unlike existing dining reservation systems, Dorsia leverages a unique supply and demand pricing model to offer hard-to-book reservations for a guaranteed minimum spend. For restaurants, we optimize revenue by providing a reliable customer base, reducing no-shows and cancellations, and unlocking access to actionable diner insights and marketing support. For our members, we remove the hassle & frustration of securing that perfect reservation.
