CoreWeave is looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to join our growing Revenue team. At CoreWeave, we are building the next generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. This role will support the Revenue organization and work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer/SVP,Revenue and the EA team. 

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, experienced assistant with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure, and a good sense of humor. This role requires a fast pace, sharp prioritization, and the ability to operate seamlessly across C-suite and VP-level stakeholders. 

The individual in this role must understand business priorities, proactively anticipate needs, and drive improvements that increase capacity for the leadership team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company, is critical. The successful candidate will complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with urgency when needed, and take effective action without having the whole picture. This person must be comfortable in a highly collaborative team environment, working with multiple executives at the same time, and able to build strong working relationships across the organization. This role requires a high degree of flexibility, including responsiveness outside of traditional business hours when priorities shift or urgent needs arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate travel and process expense reports.
  • Organize and support revenue team activities (staff meetings, all-hands, off-sites, events).
  • Track and drive completion of key deliverables; follow up on outstanding items.
  • Partner closely with the Senior EA to the CRO and other EAs on collaborative projects.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare documents with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Absolute discretion in handling confidential and sensitive business information.
  • Must be okay with 3-5 days onsite + travel to other CW offices as needed 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  •  3–5+ years providing executive support at VP/C-suite level.
  •  Strong project management skills.
  •  Experience with Google Suite, Google Calendar, Slack, Microsoft Office.
  •  Event planning for large (100+ people) and logistics experience.
  •  Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Proven process-improvement mindset.
  •  High levels of integrity and discretion.
  •  Impeccable attention to detail.
  •  Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and time zones.
  •  Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple assignments simultaneously.

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $105,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
