Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Profile leads, update CRM and organize calendars, run reports.
  • Document and organize work notes.
  • Schedules and attend meetings (record and write minutes of the meeting)
  • Client files administration and communication.
  • Research new strategies and other topics/ideas for the company.

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

  • Must have 2 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with different office management software
  • Responsible and very organized
  • Excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Experience working with an international reporting line.
  • Must be amenable to work on graveyard shift.
  • Access to a reliable computer, internet connection, and power is a must.

Advantageous Skills:

  • Exposure or experience with sales is nice to have.

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
