We are looking for a results-oriented Executive to drive our Affiliate Marketing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing the daily operations of our affiliate programs, including recruitment, activation, tracking, and reporting. You will act as the bridge between our brands and a vast network of creators, ensuring seamless campaign execution and maximizing GMV through strategic partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates ensuring alignment with specific brand categories and objectives.
  • Set up and configure affiliate SKUs, tracking links, and commission structures (both Open & Targeted), ensuring strict adherence to brand budgets.
  • Drive affiliate activation strategies during key campaign periods and live stream pushes to maximize reach and conversion.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), order volume, and Return on Investment (ROI), to assess campaign health.
  • Collaborate with the Content and Creative teams to develop and distribute effective affiliate-ready content kits.
  • Maintain the integrity of affiliate tracking systems and ensure the accuracy of payout data.
  • Analyze data to flag underperforming affiliates and implement optimization strategies to improve results.
  • Proactively identify new partnership opportunities to expand the affiliate network.
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports, highlighting top performers and providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Regularly monitor the affiliate dashboard to ensure accurate linking and technical functionality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, clearly communicating promotions, commission updates, and product kit details.

Who You Are

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Have 1–3 years of proven experience in managing Affiliate Marketing programs or similar partnerships.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple accounts and competing deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, particularly during high-volume campaign peaks.
