TLDR

Maintain detailed accounts and financial reports while ensuring compliance and reconciliation with comprehensive management information systems.

  • Maintenance of books of accounts like bank book, cash book, purchase books and sales & day to day transactions.
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation, General Ledger Reconciliation, Intercom Reconciliation.
  • Preparation of Financial Statement.
  • Monthly MIS Reports, which include Department wise Report, Cost Center Report.
  • Preparation of MIS Reporting like Opex analysis, Capex analysis, payroll analysis
  • Fixed Assets - Accounting & Capitalization of Fixed Assets & Updating fixed asset schedule
  • Knowledge about the compliance, Income tax, related matters etc
  • Minimum experience of 3 to 4 years.
