What’s the opportunity?
The Execution & Enablement (E&E) Associate plays a key role in bridging strategy and execution for dLocal’s Payins business across the APAC region. This role ensures smooth delivery of operational initiatives, supports market expansions, and drives consistency between global mandates and regional execution. You’ll be assisting in establishing and managing the relationships with our payment partners in APAC.
What will I be doing?
Merchant & Partner Enablement
Serve as the key contact for enabling new payment methods and capabilities in APAC markets.
Work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure timely enablement and testing of payment processors.
Ensure credential requests and onboarding for new merchants and payment partners are within SLAs.
Mandates & Regional Enablement
Receive and analyze local and regional mandates, assessing operational and business impacts.
Ensure changes are properly communicated and implemented across countries.
Support internal communication of regional mandates and maintain centralized mandate logs.
Operational Execution
Validate enhancement estimates and assess operational impact of new features or configurations.
Monitor processor performance and risk appetite across markets.
Track implementation timelines and ensure alignment between global initiatives and local execution.
Maintain CRM and internal tracking systems up to date with project and partner information.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Ops to roll out new payment features or integrations.
Act as the bridge between strategic planning and operational readiness for Payins projects.
Support business continuity and issue escalation processes with structured communication and follow-up.
What skills do I need?
3-5 years of experience in payments, fintech, or partnerships/operations enablement roles.
Strong network of partnerships with local acquirers, processors, FinTech companies
Strong understanding of payment methods, processors, and local payment ecosystems in APAC.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Analytical mindset with attention to operational detail.
Clear communicator, proactive problem solver, and self-starter comfortable with ambiguity.
