What you’ll do 🛠 As a Customer Care Frontline Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional support for our customers in Danish and English. You’ll be the friendly voice and problem-solver helping our users navigate insurance questions, claims and service requests – all while growing your skills in communication, customer service and operational understanding.
