Our client in the financial, fintech, government, and law enforcement services industry is looking for a results-driven Events Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events and integrated campaigns. This role plays a key part in driving engagement across enterprise and SMB target accounts, working closely with senior marketing leadership within a collaborative demand generation and creative team.

What you will do:

  • Lead end-to-end event management, including research, planning, project management, logistics, shipping, printing, and promotion.
  • Develop and execute high-performing virtual and in-person events aligned with brand, demand generation, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize event marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and strong return on investment.
  • Identify and evaluate relevant industry events, submit speakers for panels, and propose innovative concepts to create memorable event experiences.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling social media content and drive employee advocacy around events.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to produce on-brand assets that resonate across the customer journey.
  • Build a deep understanding of target accounts and audience segments, tailoring event campaigns accordingly and tracking performance through detailed reporting.
  • Create campaign toolkits and event briefings using internal communication channels to support sales and customer success teams and drive engagement ahead of key initiatives.
  • Proven experience delivering high-performing virtual and in-person B2B events, from planning through execution and measurement.
  • Strong copywriting skills across multiple channels, including email, social media, and web.
  • Solid understanding of the B2B buyer journey and purchasing behaviors.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and event technologies, including webinar and virtual event platforms such as Zoom.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve efficiency, performance, and outcomes in event marketing.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking to drive brand impact and engagement.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with paid and organic social media, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Exposure to or experience in B2B government marketing environments.
