About the Role Do you enjoy being on the ground, creating experiences, and driving real impact? Blood is looking for an Events & Marketing Executive to own our brand presence on the ground across Singapore through corporate sampling, retail activations, and brand pop-ups. You'll be the one making it happen — from sourcing opportunities to executing events on-site — while bringing a creative, marketing-focused perspective to every activation. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s proactive, thrives in the field, and is ready to take full ownership of events from start to finish. You’ll not only manage logistics but also shape the experience and engagement of our brand in every activation.   • Lead Generation & Partnership Outreach
  • Proactively generate leads for corporate sampling and other brand initiatives.
  • Reach out to HR teams, office managers, and partners to introduce the brand, build relationships and secure activations
  • Negotiate opportunities that maximise event impact and brand exposure
  • Coordinate with partners to confirm event details, timelines, and logistics

  • Event Planning, Coordination & Management
  • Ideation around attractive ways bring our brand to life and appeal to consumers and partners alike
  • Plan and manage logistics for corporate sampling days, retail events, and brand activations
  • Coordinate event schedules, stock allocation, and materials required for each activation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Retail, Operations, Design) and external partners to ensure activations align with brand strategy and creative vision
  • Maintain event calendars and track confirmed opportunities
  • Train and manage promoters when additional support is required for larger events

  • On-Ground Event Execution
  • Be the primary on-site lead for events, handling booth setup, teardown, and overall flow
  • Distribute product on-site and engage directly with consumers to deliver memorable brand experiences.
  • Proactively manage event operations to maximize engagement and achieve event objectives.

  • Post-Event Reporting & Insights
  • Track event outcomes including product distribution, sales, expenses and ROI
  • Measure outcomes through surveying participants and partners
  • Provide insights to improve future activations and initiatives
  • Required Qualifications
  • Min. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Events Management, or related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in events management, experiential marketing or partnerships 
  • Comfortable working independently in the field with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple activations at once
  • Physically comfortable with field work – events can involve long hours and time on your feet
  • A marketing or creative mindset, with an interest in customer experience and engagement strategies
