In this role, you’ll help people own it. Main Responsibilities Core Requirements

6+ years of experience in managing and coordinating live, virtual, and hybrid events;

Proven budget management skills — forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting;

Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management abilities;

Demonstrated team leadership or mentorship experience;

Excellent project management skills — ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;

Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful events;

Superb communication skills — both verbal and written;

Fluency in English and Lithuanian;

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities;

A proactive mindset — you take ownership and initiative.

Nice to have

International event management experience — managing events across countries/cultures;

Background in corporate events or/and employer branding events;

Creative background or experience in concept development.
