The Events Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating high-impact events that support the company’s marketing and brand objectives. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, The Events Manager oversees all aspects of event delivery, ensuring events are on brand, on budget, and aligned with overall marketing strategy.

Job Responsibilities :
Develop and manage the annual events calendar in alignment with marketing and business goals
Translate marketing campaigns into compelling event concepts and experiences
Identify opportunities for sponsorships, conferences, trade shows, roadshows, webinars, and internal events
Plan and deliver end-to-end events, including logistics, timelines, budgets, and risk management
Manage venues, suppliers, agencies, speakers, and partners
Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI
Negotiate contracts with venues and vendors
Tracks spend and report on budget performance
Work closely with stakeholders ensuring efficiency and support for other departments
Ensure all events align with brand guidelines, messaging and business objectives
Job Qualifications :
8 – 10 years experience in the same role.
Experience preferably with BTL agencies experience
Proven experience managing marketing or corporate events end-to-end
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Budget management and supplier negotiation experience
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadline
