TLDR

Support the planning and execution of regional marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate a sales pipeline across Southeast Asia.

A Fintech Client is looking for an Events & Field Marketing Associate. You will support the planning and execution of regional marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and generate a sales pipeline. You will work closely with the Field Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, including Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing, to deliver high-quality events and campaigns across Southeast Asia.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and excited about hands-on marketing execution.

Employment Type

This is an initial 12-month full-time contract, with potential for extension or conversion to the client’s headcount, based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

Events & Field Marketing

  • Support end-to-end execution of conferences, roundtables, webinars, partner events, and networking sessions.
  • Assist with event planning, registration management, attendee communications, and on-site coordination.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for attendees and stakeholders.

Campaign Support

  • Coordinate promotional activities including email invitations, landing pages, social media, and sales assets.
  • Help drive registrations, attendance, and engagement for marketing programs.

Vendor & Logistics Management

  • Coordinate venues, suppliers, production vendors, merchandise, and shipment of event materials.
  • Track timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Lead Management & Reporting

  • Manage post-event lead uploads and CRM data hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Support lead handover to SDR and Sales teams.
  • Assist with KPI reporting including registrations, attendance, leads, and pipeline contribution.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with internal regional teams and external partners.
  • Support alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships functions.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in field marketing, events marketing, campaign execution, or demand generation.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or fast-paced commercial environments preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience using Salesforce and marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in a high-growth startup, scale-up, or fast-paced tech environment.
  • Exposure to regional marketing campaigns across Southeast Asia.
  • Additional Southeast Asian language skills such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Vietnamese.
  • Prior experience supporting conferences, trade shows, or partner events.
