What to Expect of the Application Process:

Once all questionnaires/references have been reviewed, RTIM will contact you to setup a 90 minute interview
If a candidate is deemed a good fit, a final interview will be scheduled with the President
Finally, an offer letter will be sent that includes an official offer for the position and salary band information related to the role
