Objective:
The Events & Compliance Reporting Specialist ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient management of healthcare professional (HCP) spend, transparency reporting, and event-related compliance tracking. This role supports cross-functional teams by maintaining accurate data, monitoring regulatory adherence, and ensuring smooth coordination of event compliance processes.
Main responsibilities:
Collect, review, and validate data related to HCP payments and transfers of value in alignment with Sunshine Act and global transparency requirements.
Review, reconcile, and process event-related expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies and local/global compliance guidelines.
Manage event data entry in company CRM, event management, or compliance tracking systems.
Oversee data collection for HCP travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring fair market value and policy compliance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Compliance, or related field
Training in compliance, transparency reporting, or event management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM and compliance reporting systems (e.g., MedCompli, Concur, MedPro, Salesforce)
2+ years of experience in compliance, finance, event management or transparency reporting.
Occasional travel (up to 15%) for events or audits
