DexCare is seeking an experienced and creative Events & Field Marketing Manager to lead our events strategy and execution for our high-growth healthcare SaaS business. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of DexCare’s participation in industry tradeshows, conferences, corporate events, and field marketing initiatives. This role is critical in creating impactful brand experiences, engaging prospects and customers, and driving demand generation through high-quality event marketing and field-based experiences. This position reports to the director of growth marketing.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute the annual event and field marketing strategy, aligning with overall marketing and sales goals
Identify key industry tradeshows, conferences, and events where DexCare should participate
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing) to establish event and field marketing goals and objectives
Lead end-to-end event planning for both industry events and field marketing activities, including venue selection, contract negotiation, logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and on-site execution
Manage the planning and execution of corporate events such as customer summits, partner meetings, and internal conferences
Ensure all events and field marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while providing exceptional brand experiences
Manage event and field marketing budgets, ensuring all expenditures align with allocated resources
Track event performance metrics (lead generation, engagement, ROI) and provide post-event analysis to determine effectiveness and areas for improvement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, exhibitors, and event/field partners
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product) to ensure alignment on messaging and event/program goals
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity at all tradeshows and events
Oversee the design and production of event collateral, promotional materials, and branded giveaways
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to capture leads at events and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversions into pipeline
Develop strategies to drive booth traffic, including pre-event promotions, email campaigns, and social media outreach
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience managing tradeshows, conferences, and corporate events, preferably in B2B industries
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage vendors, contracts, and internal stakeholders
Experience with event management software and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Ability to travel frequently to attend tradeshows and events (up to 30% travel required)
Preferred Skills
Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS/Healthcare Technology/etc.
Familiarity with demand generation and lead nurturing techniques in event marketing
Creative thinking with an eye for impactful booth design and experiential marketing strategies
