Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of company-wide events — from ideation and planning to execution and post-event evaluation.
- Lead the full lifecycle of events and programs, ensuring smooth coordination, timely execution, and alignment across all involved teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee all external programs, exposure events, partnerships, and in-house engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics including venue booking, vendor management, transportation, catering, branding, technical setup, and hospitality.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and tech teams to ensure cohesive event branding and communication.
- Manage event budgets, ensure cost control, and provide timely reporting and documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for event partners, sponsors, participants, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct post-event analysis and prepare evaluation reports with actionable insights for improvement.
- Support and organize internal culture-building activities and employee engagement events as needed
- 2+ years of experience in event management, program coordination, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A passion for youth development, innovation, and impactful experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel nationally and occasionally work evenings or weekends during event periods.
- Preferred: Experience in education, startup ecosystem, or non-profit event coordination.

Working days: Sunday to Thursday. 5 days/week (in-office).
Working hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (BDST).
