Purpose of the Contract

Hire a professional specialized in event planning and management to design, organize, and fully execute the two mentioned gatherings, ensuring logistical quality, achievement of objectives, and a positive experience for participants.


Scope of Services

The event planner must:

  • Prepare and present the work plan and schedule for each event.
  • Coordinate comprehensive logistics: venues, transportation, lodging, catering, technical equipment, and materials.
  • Design the event experience (agenda, ambiance, participation dynamics).
  • Manage suppliers and related contracts.
  • Supervise setup, execution, and closing of each event.


Technical Requirements for the Planner

  • Degree in Administration, Communications, Hospitality/Tourism, Event Production, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and executing corporate events.
  • Proven experience in hybrid/in-person events with more than

Responsibilities of NESsT

  • Ensure staff participation in preparation activities.
  • Fulfill agreed payment commitments.

 

Contract Duration

Service contract executed during April 2026:

  • Management Retreat: April 13–15; 15 people
  • Social Enterprises Gathering – IKEA Project: April 20–21; 40 people

 

Fees and Payment Method

  • Payments will be made upon delivery and approval of the final reports for each event, under the issuance of an invoice.
