Are you passionate about event coordination? Come and join the Event Operations team at CERN Science Gateway Campus. In addition to the Globe of Science and Innovation and inaugurated in October 2023, Science Gateway is CERN's new centre for scientific outreach and education. Its mission is to engage visitors of all ages with science, technology, and the people behind fundamental research, through interactive exhibitions, guided tours, educational workshops, and events. About 100 events for up to 800 participants are organised for the CERN community, the general public and private parties at CERN Science Gateway Campus every year. This position is an excellent learning opportunity for someone seeking to gain first-hand experience in event operations within an international, dynamic, and mission-driven environment. Joining a team of two experienced Event Coordinators, you will provide administrative, logistical, and organisational support for all events taking place at CERN Science Gateway Campus.
