Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of SCAYLE’s B2B events (online & offline), including trade shows, executive dinners, networking events, partner activations, and hosted parties
- Plan, track, and optimize event budgets in close collaboration with Marketing and Demand Generation
- Develop and evolve scalable event formats, creating new concepts together with media and ecosystem partners
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Content, Paid Marketing, and Sales to support GTM, demand generation, and pipeline goals
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, external agencies, service providers, and partners
- Measure event performance against defined KPIs and translate insights into clear optimization actions
Requirements
- A completed university degree in media and communication studies, business administration or a comparable qualification
- 2–3 years of experience independently managing trade fairs, conferences or large-scale B2B or B2C events
- A proactive, structured and hands-on working style with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication skills and a customer- and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent English skill; German is a plus
