Event Coordinator

Join DSI Systems as an Event Coordinator and become a vital part of our dynamic team! As an Event Coordinator, you will spearhead our new dealer campaigns and provide marketing assistance, facilitating smooth operations in a high-paced and exciting work environment.

Your responsibilities include planning and executing dealer events, managing logistics, and ensuring that each event delivers an exceptional experience. You'll work closely with team members across various departments to create successful campaigns and maintain open communication with our dealers, thereby reinforcing DSI’s commitment to relationships and partnerships.

This position is based in our Kennesaw, GA office.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Requirements

• Plan and execute dealer event campaigns
• Serve as the primary liaison between dealers and the DSI team
• Negotiate pricing and contracts for events
• Provide timely updates on event progress to dealers
• Conduct regular dealer update meetings
• Support local independent retailers with marketing needs
• Generate detailed reports on event performance
• Assist in developing marketing strategies
• Manage claims for dealer marketing funds
• Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication
• Collaborate across multiple departments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented attitude
  

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Prior marketing experience is a plus
• Proven track record of professionalism
• Highly motivated with integrity and a passion for success
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to analyze industry metrics and implement action plans
  

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with reporting and data analysis
