Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Evening Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation s during evening hours. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and providing a visible security presence. The position also includes manual handling tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support evening team members to ensure the store runs efficiently.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer queries or complaints professionally.

• Maintain security within the store — deter theft and ensure a safe shopping environment.

• Handle cash and close tills.

• Replenish stock and ensure shelves and displays are well presented.

• Packing out of stock and deliveries. 

• Lock up the store securely at closing time and ensure all safety procedures are followed.

• Report any maintenance, safety, or security issues to management promptly
