We’re seeking three full-time Evening Cleaning Specialist who take pride in their work and understand that a clean, organized environment directly supports safety, precision, and breakthrough innovation. How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
Clean and maintain advanced manufacturing floors, R&D labs, offices, and shared spaces
Perform detailed cleaning of high-tech production areas while following safety and compliance protocols
Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
Dust, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces to professional standards
Remove waste and recyclables properly and safely
Restock supplies and notify supervisors of inventory needs
Support a culture of safety, organization, and operational excellence
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Ability to work independently during evening hours
Reliability and consistent attendance
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Previous commercial, manufacturing, or industrial cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace
